This year has been the biggest challenge for us. We had to adapt quickly to new working conditions. We have managed to develop and grow professionally and that gave us confidence to push ourselves. I could not be more grateful to be a part of this organisation financial and emotional support during the second lockdown has been provided from the management team.
Having the CEO to personally coach and train you at an advanced level feels great. Not only because we develop a good student and mentor friendly relation, but also because of all the things I learn. There are many layers of psychology and business management behind what looks like a small business. I’m confident I can progress fast.
