Before running an outsourced direct marketing company, I worked in a private healthcare company as an accountant. After 7 years of limited progression and job satisfaction I started looking at different avenues. Coming from a competitive Sporting background mixed with the desire to be more successful than my three older brothers, I knew I needed to find something more fulfilling. This is what led me to a management training program. Beginning in Liverpool I was able to learn all the skills and knowledge to go on and run my own business.

It took me 14 months from my first day to opening up my Office in Leeds.

The thing I love most about working in a sales and marketing industry is that it’s down to me. I have no limits to what I want to achieve in life, having a platform that allows me to reach my goals but still push for more is perfect.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned so far is not let your ego get in the way of success. There’s always someone out there with knowledge you need. Drop the ego gain the information and apply a better work ethic.

This business has already allowed me many travelling opportunities and I want to continue that, for the future building an organisation in Miami has always been a massive goal I’m aiming for.
